How many years of experience do you have?

My name is Chris Gardner and I am the owner of CMG Building and Design. I have been in the trade industry for over 20 years and have ten years of experience working on my own. In 2017, my ammassed passion for building ignited the vision to establish my own company with a high performing team of experienced tradesmen. CMG Building and Design is the direct product of the respected values and commitment to excellence I have developed through years of experience in the industry.

How will I know how much the job will cost?

At CMG Building and Design we first like to chat over the phone with each client to ensure specific details of the job are in order before a visual assessment. We then meet with the client to discuss the project and design and provide a ballpark quote. If the project exceeds 20k a fee is applied for the time a lotted to an accurate quotation. If the client decides to accept our quote, the fee will be deducted from the final contract price. We are dedicated to open, constant communication to ensure every client receives the highest quality product of their vision.

What kind of jobs would you prefer to focus on?

Our company specializes in custom design. We focus on new builds, renovations, extensions, and general building. A lot of our work consists of residential bathroom and kitchen renovations.
